What impact will the network age have on learning organizations?

A few times a year you look at a slide and are absolutely amazed. It happened to me last Friday. I've got the table below from an internal presentation Gordon delivered on the future direction our corporate learning organization in this network age.

It would be a good introduction to the book I didn't write (Architectus Competens), the one on HoCo friendly environments within companies.
