You write that companies will have the possibility to measure exactly how much an employee contributes to the bottom line, because everything has become measurable.
Everything is almost measurable on the level of client/supplier. A company can measure exactly how much a product or promotional action costs and brings in. ... Will that also happen for employees? I think so. ... Later rewarding will also be network based for the F-generation, the generation that lives on Facebook and in digital networks.
There is indeed a tendency for analytics in everything, including the booming field of workforce analytics, and a tendency for peer-everything. I do believe that peer-rewards will be introduced last in the series of other peer-HR, like peer hiring (why would the HR interviewer know best what colleague we need?), peer development (social learning, coaching), peer evaluation (360 degree or other forms), etc.
