We live in a-changing times on all kinds of levels and education and training have a role to fulfill to support those changes and to also transform itself into a better matching service to a changed environment. At the other hand, education and training are not known for their speed of transformation and are rather regarded as traditional institutions. But when you look under the cover there are plenty of initiatives, tools, best practices and stories on how learning IS making the shift and IS making a difference. The calling is about speeding up that shift - OEB 2015 "Accelerating the Shift". The call for proposals is open.
