A few days ago I spoke in Frankfurt on 'how leaders really develop' as part of a day on 702010 for HR professionals. I highlighted where the model came from, what the original research said and didn't say, and how later research became more explicit on what experiences (the 70) and which key relationships (the 20) truly matter.
