Pre-conference workshop 'Let's talk about competent people'

I'll be giving a workshop 'Let's talk about competent people' on Dec 1st in the afternoon, as part of the pre-conference activities of Online Educa Berlin. You can find all workshop descriptions here.

The first half of the workshop will be from the perspective of the 'Homo Competens', essentially some topics of the book. After the break we'll switch to the perspective of the 'Competence Architect' and discuss how to create and maintain an environment that is HoCo friendly. (That's the book I didn't write.)
