The theme for this year's Online Educa Berlin conference is 'Learning Uncertainty'. This year I'm proud to be hosting one of the pre-conference workshops on Wednesday Dec 5. It is called Transform Yourself - How Vertical Development Helps You Thrive in a VUCA World.
The aim is twofold:
- Experience what Vertical Development means and how it helps in a world of uncertainty
- Go through a rapid innovation process to define experiments to introduce Vertical Development into our organizations
